I tried going to create a new page and I don't see "Trivia" mark anywhere, it's not even in the subpages.

You can just create it manually like a normal page and load the boilerplate, like I've done occasionally.
It already exists, and since this is a website, not a work, it's found under the "All Subpages" button. It took me all of half a second to find it.
She posted this before I created it, Looney. I did it to demonstrate, in fact. :B

Sorry, what I meant to say that it's not in "Create New" buttons. Usually, it is in the other articles that I edited.
In that event, just do as I did and add it manually. It'll appear in the subpages list soon after.
