I feel we should have one for writing a good gay romance. I know there's one for yaoi, but gay romance =/= yaoi, thank you very much. Yaoi is anti-romance for the exact same reason why Fifty Shades of Grey is an anathema to love stories, minus gay men being exploited.

I agree entirely. I'm not the best for writing this topic, since I'm not gay myself, but I would welcome a well written guide on writing a good gay romance.

I know there are enough badly written yaoi fanfics and original fiction on the internet, having a guide on how to avoid their cringe inducing terrible quality and actually be enjoyable in quality even if the subject matter doesn't appeal to me would be an improvement I would welcome.

Do you know of any other gay or bi guys on this site or the Wikia site? I've not written enough romance, and I've only read about four gay romance stories, three of which were online, to write it all on my own.
