This accidentally got listed as a TNG subpage, and I was led to ask: What do you guys do to deal with in-title slashes, again?

So far, we remove the slashes. This is a sub-par solution, as fans of the band "AC/DC" can point out... but it's all we have at the moment.

In this case, I'd personally replace the slash with a hyphen: "The Next Generation-Doctor Who".
