As I post this, the page's image is File:Medic.png, which shows a low-poly CG render (from a game) of a man wearing a lab coat, red gloves, jodhpurs, and boots, and carrying a BFG. This doesn't look like a Medic to me; rather, it puts me in mind of a Mad Scientist.
Looks to me like this is Just a Face and a Caption.
So... any suggestions for a replacement?
