Talk:Tort Reform

So I know what Tort Reform is about and it's a legit topic about government, but this has zero wicks and for good reason. We can hit it with the Useful Notes stick, I guess, but I'm pretty sure those are supposed to be useful? Or, you know, related to works?

Common search gives 5 mentions (other than on the same page) that aren't linked. Though only 3 of them are actual examples / work page rather than article or generic "examples".

Useful notes is supposed to be a primer for understanding how fiction differs from reality or for writing fiction. Proposals for how things should work, not how they do, doesn't seem to have any place.

Well, yeah. It's one of the cases where the pertinent fact is mostly that there's some tension/conflict around this issue.
