I think it's been sufficiently rewritten to get moved back to the main namespace, but if we had a few more examples that would be great. After all, you've all Seen It a Million Times. Surely a half-dozen people can think of one example each!

I thought I'd added all the ones I knew, but then I noticed one that's older than feudalism... so it's in the list now. That makes eight examples total... can we get to ten?
After five months, it's going to have to be enough. We've got entirely too many candidates clogging up the workshop, and we need to clear out some of the low-hanging fruit. Launching this.
It's hard to be sure with the search borked at the moment, but we don't seem to have a general category for alarms, alerts and warnings. We should probably have one, and this obviously would go into it.
What other categories suggest themselves?
I deleted the page originally under this title some six months ago because it was one of those essentially content-free explanations of a common phrase that appeared in all kinds of contexts on TVT. Like certain However, after coming across several redlinks for it in the past few days, I'm wondering if maybe we should recreate it as a trope? I'm putting it up for debate -- and if no one cares to discuss it, I'll probably go through the nearly-hundred or so pages that have redlinks to it and clear them out.
We have pages for similar stock phrases, so why not this one?
It only took me four months, but I have restored the page and put it into the trope workshop to accumulate examples.
