Definitions

All terms are case-sensitive.

title is the name of the installment in the franchise. If you don't provide it, the name of the wiki page will be used instead.
image is the name of the picture you uploaded to illustrate the work, without the "File:" prefix. Note: The image will display at 300 pixels wide in this infobox, so please choose something that looks good at that size. If no image is listed, the page will be listed at Category:Pages Needing Images.
caption is a caption for the image, and is optional. Please don't add a caption if you didn't add an image.
franchise is the name of the franchise that this work is a part of.
preceded by and followed by are the names of the works immediately before and after this episode in the franchise. If you are using this template on the page for the first or final work of a series, leave the non-applicable line blank.
release date is when the work was first published or aired.
central theme is Exactly What It Says on the Tin.
elevator pitch is a very short synopsis, preferably a single sentence - not long enough for a Recap page.
