The Emiya Clan/YMMV

Everything About Fiction You Never Wanted to Know.

Tropes related to the main work:

  • Ensemble Darkhorse: Karin has yet to star in her own series of stories, yet she is possibly THE most oft-appearing character in this 'verse.
  • Fan Wank: Happens more often than not during the course of trying to balance out the various crossovers. Of course, once a happy medium has been reached, somebody introduces another series and then they have to balance that.
  • God Mode Sue: Flipflops depending on the author. Somewhat inevitable with so many different characters and writers involved, especially in a Mega Crossover -- what is considered average in one continuity is super overpowered in another. It's very hard to balance everything and it often depends on the writer to try to make sense of it. Most of the time it's played for laughs, and the forum seems to do a decent job of hammering things back down to earth.
  • MST3K Mantra: You're venturing into a world filled with OCs. Take a deep breath.

Tropes related to the characters:

Takeshi

  • Lawful Good: His way of trying to set a proper example for his younger siblings. It doesn't seem to be working.

Kiritsugu

Chiyo

Fuuko

Karin

Sakuya

Erika Sahashi

  • Crazy Awesome: She is a maniac, but in a ridiculously amazing way.
  • Les Yay: With Sakuya. They're only Heterosexual Life Partners though.
    • That doesn't stop some people from assuming she's a Lipstick Lesbian right off the bat.
  • True Art Is Incomprehensible: She knows that some people can't understand the beauty of a shark-lion-scorpion-bunny hybrid made out of shadow, but that doesn't mean that it isn't art.
    • This doesn't stop her from thinking that abstract impressionism is a waste of time.

Touma

  • The Woobie
    • Iron Woobie: When his origin morphs to Serenity, he stops caring about any damage done to him. He will just take it as it comes.
