Freaks and Geeks...IN ENGLAND!

IN THE SEVENTIES!

WITH PUNK VS. PROG BANDS!

The Rotters' Club is a book by Jonathan Coe published in 2001. It details the lives of three teenagers during the 70s as they struggle with politics, the opposite sex and rock 'n' roll. It's somewhat a Black Comedy with Tear-jerking scenes a plenty but with a cynical streak of humour running throughout.

The novel was adapted into a four-part radio series in 2003, then into a three-part television series in 2005, both by the BBC.
