It's a Crypid show but all the Crypids are made up. We don't get any real ones. Like, I don't know, Bigfoot.

• All the cryptids in this show are "real" cryprids. They're just more obscure ones.
  • No kidding I'm into this stuff and I only ever heared of about 5. Also no Bigfoot at all? Way not?
  • Because everyone knows Bigfoot. They're hitting the more obscure ones.
    • Everyone knows bigfoot because bigfoot's awesome!
  • They probably WANTED to show the more obscure ones. They might have figured it would have been more interesting. Everyone has heard of Bigfoot, but not these other guys.
• Jay Stephens has said that there were only two made up Cryptid in the entire show, one was in the first episode, and a mistake by the animators, while the other was fought in the first season finale as a possibility for Kur.
• Ever try looking up these "fake" Crypids? Any of the named ones actually exist. Obviously they didn't name everyone that had an appearance but aside from "Kur" they all have real world equivalents.
• The other Secret Scientist in Season 2. The kid's done nothing but good with his powers up till this point and yet at one point they are willing to kill him instead of giving him a chance. WTF!?
