The Ultimates/Trivia
- Did Not Do the Research: A revived Steve Rogers disbelieves SHIELD staff due to their commander, a black Nick Fury, claiming to be a General. Claiming that the highest ranking Black officer is the Army is a captain. In reality, there'd been a Brigadier at the time (one star General, as opposed to Fury's four, but still) and many Captains, Majors and Colonels.
- Also, Jeph Loeb using elements of 616 characters that contradict the established Ultimate versions. Minor examples: Thor's hammer, Sabertooth's claws. Major examples: Valkyrie and poor, poor Pyro.
- To be honest, Loeb didn't care to do any research before writing his 'contributions' to the series, so it's hardly surprising.
- Banner is tried for 852 counts of murder in New York, which has no death penalty, yet everyone states that it would be an instant death sentence if Banner is found culpable. Admittedly, if there were anything that would make New York reconsider their stance on the matter...
