• The Other Darrin: In his guest appearances, Simba is voiced by Cam Clarke instead of Matthew Broderick.
  • Shenzi is voiced by Tress MacNeille rather than Whoopi Goldberg for the series. Likewise, Banzai is voiced by Rob Paulsen instead of Cheech Marin. In fact, out of all the members of the Hyena Trio, only Jim Cummings reprises his role as Ed.
  • Really, everyone at some point except Rafiki. According to IMDB, Timon had four different voice actors over the course of the series (including Quinton Flynn), and even Pumbaa got a replacement voice actor at one point.
• Screwed by the Network: For Disney Junior, the show's new home, that is! They air the same ten episodes, including the final episode of the series!
