Toby "Radiation" Fox is the creator of Undertale, that game you might have heard of, and a music producer, primarily for the Homestuck music team, published on the label What Pumpkin.
Toby Fox began as a fan musician, posting music not connected with the official Homestuck team. After joining its music team, he has since more or less become the leader of the music team (at least to the fans) and is both very prolific with his own work and provides mastering work.
As a teenager, he also created the EarthBound hack known as The Halloween Hack. You can find out more about it here as well as download it.
