The term we're using now, "Heel Face Door Slam", doesn't tell what the trope is about, sounds like it's a pro-wrestling term (and I've already removed "Category:Professional Wrestling" from the page because there's no pro-wrestling content here), and is one of those annoyingly-cutesy in-joke terms.
Conversely, "Deadly Change-of-Heart" is a clear name, and (as the page quote shows) actually used by people who aren't trope-wiki contributors. We're trying to make ATT a reference for everyone; we shouldn't be hiding the content from them.
