MediaWiki internal error

Recently, on more than one occasion, I've gotten pages that say stuff like:

MediaWiki internal error.

Original exception: [751de38372fc42b723a72e07] 2017-12-14 10:25:10: Fatal exception of type "MWException"

Exception caught inside exception handler.

Set $wgShowExceptionDetails = true; at the bottom of LocalSettings.php to show detailed debugging information.

That means the database needs a refresh/update, and you'd have to file a Phabricator report with the guys who run Miraheze to let them know.

It's been so long. I don't remember how to file a report there.

Thank you.

Ooh. The "thank you" went through. I got a <flow-error-fetch-after-open-lock> at the top of the thread after submitting responding "thank you". Maybe I wouldn't have been surprised if I knew what the flow-error thing meant.

Also I forgot there was the "Thank" button. The thanks button still works, I assume.

At the risk of sounding incompetent, I'm having a hard time reporting this in the thread Void linked too. The bug is back, or at the very least a bug that looks the same has showed up.

I tried using a different browser to try to avoid the but. The bug is present for both Fire Fox and Safari.
