Okay, they're done.

I also added the NOTOC tag to the WMG pages by default, the "ATT Templates" category to all of the templates, and a custom "go back" message to the Haiku templates.

Something for the future -- I've noticed that the wrong template comes up for one or two of the "create new page" dropdown menu entries. I can't remember which ones right now, but it's stuff like getting the work version of a subpage when you're doing one for a trope. We need to track those down and fix them.
