First, Evasion+. I want you to explain to me how the added intangibility isn't gamebreaking enough to not warrant full blast. While I will grant that I actually mixed up the math with the numbering, there's still no excuse for surplus intangibility. Everything from Hades' Heart downwards gets trivialized by it and there's virtually no penalty to packing Evasion+ in singleplayer, while multiplayer involves Evasion+ just plain invalidating too many Powers for basically free. Even if you still think that the full mix is still too much, and that would be assuming AFTER you look into the Evasion+ mess more closely, it should be Italics that should be removed, not the ALL CAPS or the Bold.
Second, Shot Range+. +60% range is more than what Grit from Advance Wars got on his Artillery, which get +33% range and it even manages that much because Artillery range's is low enough, and Grit was still broken barring involvement of the controversial Black Bomb unit that is in Dual Strike. +60% range as a complete passive, ESPECIALLY in a shooter, is capable of game-altering many abuses, such that the game itself actually disallows Magnus Club from having it, despite how Magnus Club wouldn't even be suddenly having increased base damage, the ability to keep attacking safely from outside critical distances such as Black Hole catch range, excessive mid-range looping like what I had to deal with here, OR literally undodgeable attacks. Again, either look into this or accept my points that 1 out of 3 still doesn't suffice for calling out +60% range as being innately ridiculous, especially when it makes the Spin Shot technique completely redundant.
There are people who are already turned off from Kid Icarus Uprising because of 1HKOs from across the map happening at the start of matches. Evasion+ and Shot Range+ still stand out in the jacked up standard of weapon modifiers and they're aggravating factors in how nasty the worst abusers get by making them harder to catch.
