Given the last line of the main text it seems like it might. In which case, per our Works Page Guidelines this page shouldn't have been created -- it's not fair to the reader to tease them and then say the work's not available. That said, we're not going to delete the page -- but if it is no longer available, we need to put the MIA banner on it.

Well, the work isn't completely lost, there is copies but they're on piracy sites. In fact, it was the very reason I was motivated to create the page, I just felt motivated to register it exists.
I'm just saying it qualifies more to "Keep Circulating the Tapes",since the video was avaliable to download and therefore must still exist legally in people's computers.
Well, that's kind of part of what the {{MIA}} banner is for -- to say "it can't be found where it was originally hosted or at the Wayback Machine, if you know where a copy can be found please tell us". But I'll leave that to your judgment.
