I'll have to ask the other admins. I'm not the technical guy, I'm a content guy. I tried adding the autopatrolled group to your account, which I thought would make the difference, but it clearly didn't.
EDIT: In addition to that, I'll drop a ping here so everyone else on the mod team gets called in. Someone should know what to do.

This may be a bug with the user permissions Miraheze allows to be assigned to certain groups. If we can eliminate all other potential causes and it's still happening, we may need to escalate it to them, since it hooks into and modifies MediaWIki's stock permission assignment code.
