  • The first challenge was actually, so far, the hardest and most dangerous.
  • There exists a Fan Film known as William Country based off of this show, where Cody is gay, Owen is obsessed with canoes, and Lindsay is half bird. The real kicker? It was, most likely, based off of only two episodes.
  • As of 'Anything Yukon Do, I Can Do Better' no character has appeared in every episode - even Chris has missed at least one ('Are We There Yeti?'). Duncan is the contestant with the most appearances (all of TDI, all of TDA and the first three episodes of TDWT - even 'Super Happy Crazy Fun Time Japan' after he quits has a new scene of him opening his parachute.)
  • As of 'Slap Slap Revolution' we know the full names of five characters: Chris (McLean), Harold (Norbert Cheever Doris McGrady V), Cody (Emmett Jameson Anderson), (Mildred) Blaineley (Stacey Andrews O'Halloran) and Alejandro (Burromuerto).
  • Izzy has, at one time or another, been on nearly every team: Killer Bass, Screaming Gophers, Killer Grips, Team Amazon and Team CIRRRRH. She was also very briefly and unofficially part of the Screaming Gaffers in 'The Chefshank Redemption' meaning Team Victory is the only one she has had nothing to do with.
  • Everytime a combination of Owen, Izzy, Noah, Beth, Justin, and Trent compete, they have so far been on the same team (All were Screaming Gophers, Owen, Izzy, Beth, Justin, and Trent were Killer Grips, and Owen, Izzy, and Noah are on Team Chris is Really Really Really Really Hot).
  • Likewise, everytime a combination of Gwen, Heather, and Cody compete, they have so far been on the same team (All were Screaming Gophers, Gwen and Heather were Screaming Gaffers, and all are apart of Team Amazon).
  • Likewise, everytime a combination of DJ, Harold, and Ezekiel compete, they are on the same team (All were Killer Bass, DJ and Harold were Screaming Gaffers, and all are apart of Team Victory).
  • Team Victory has the worst track record in Total Drama history with two wins and seven defeats, including losing six elimination challenges in a row (the other defeat was coming second in a reward challenge.) Technically the Killer Grips lost even more challenges (eight defeats) but they also won three times and Beth, one of their members, made it to the TDA finale while Team Victory was completely wiped out before the merger and less than halfway through the season.
  • As of 'Picnic at Hanging Rock' Duncan has either directly or indirectly been responsible for eliminating his love interest in every season: in TDI Harold rigged Courtney's elimination in revenge for Duncan's bullying; in TDA Duncan willingly voted off Courtney; and in TDWT Duncan got Cody mauled by a dingo resulting him in being so mentally out of it he accidently voted for Sierra instead of Courtney leading to Gwen taking the Drop of Shame.
  • With two exceptions all competitiers have been teens. The exceptions are Mr. Coconut (a coconut) and Blaineley (an adult of unrevealed age but clearly in her early 20's at a minimum.)
  • Team Chris Is Really Really Really Really Hot holds the longest track record of any team in Total Drama history, surviving through thirteen episodes without being sent to elimination ceremony.
    • However, Team Amazon has the longest track record for going without a loss (six challenges), and, as their first elimination ceremony was a fake, also went the longest by far without losing a team member.
  • Duncan and Heather have kissed the most people on the show, having kissed three each (including each other). Duncan has also kissed Courtney and Gwen, while Heather has also kissed Trent and Alejandro.
  • We know three birthdays of the characters: Cody's is April 1, Chris's is November 16, 1978, and Chef's is May 21.
  • Here's one people haven't mentioned yet... Izzy has left the show more times than any other contestant, and has returned more than anyone else. She has been in all three seasons of Total Drama, was chased off by the RCMP and then returned (her vote-off happened later) in season one, had Chris write down that "Kaliedoscope" was eliminated instead of "Izzy" near the start of season two so she could come back a few episodes later (to be voted off after the war movie challenge), and was removed from the show by the army in season three.
  • Courtney has been on the same team as every competitor who had a team except for LeShawna, Noah, and Alejandro. If only permanent teams are counted, she has more teammates than any other competitor. (If temporary teams count as well, she is tied with Katie for second place.)
  • DJ has never been properly voted off, despite being eliminated three times. In the first season, he was eliminated automatically. In the second season, he quit. In the third season, he was the only person left on his team, so the loss of the team kicked him off by default. This makes him the only contestant to have three eliminations without ever being voted off, and the person with the most irregular eliminations.
    • Although he was about to be voted off in Japan. The only reason he stayed was because Harold quit.
  • Despite their large roles on the show, Heather, Courtney, Izzy, and Noah were not in the original "Camp TV" series. It should be noted, however, that the original design for Eva seemed to resemble Heather.
  • Due to her coming back twice, DJ has never actually lasted an episode longer than Izzy, as she was always the next person voted off after him. Inverted in TDWT, where she left minutes before DJ was eliminated.
  • Three members of Team Amazon have been voted off in a fake-elimination ceremony in Total Drama World Tour, more than any other team.

    • Sierra in Rapa-Phooey
    • Cody and Gwen were the only Amazons to not be eliminated in any fake elimination ceremonies.
  • Alejandro is responsible (directly and indirectly) for several contestants being eliminated from Total Drama World Tour. He has intentionally gotten Harold, Bridgette, Leshawna, DJ, Noah, Tyler, Owen, Blaineley, Duncan (Second Time Only), and Cody eliminated; Alejandro also indirectly eliminated Gwen.
    • Alejandro pressured Tyler to reveal the kiss about Gwen and Duncan to Courtney. Outraged at this, Courtney teams up with the Amazons to vote out Gwen. Because Duncan threw a dingo at Cody, he voted for Sierra, which led to a tiebreaker for Gwen and Courtney. Courtney prevailed, sending Gwen home. It may be implied that Alejandro caused tension between both girls, resulting in Gwen's elimination.
  • Geoff is somewhat responsible for Justin, Eva, Beth, Trent, Katie, Sadie, and himself not competing in Total Drama World Tour.
  • Not counting Izzy being airlifted out of the game, the first losers of each team in TDWT were the first losers on teams they had previously competed on. Ezekiel for Team Victory and the Killer Bass, Noah for Team Chris and the Screaming Gophers, and Gwen for Team Amazon and the Screaming Gaffers. If you do want to count Izzy as the first loser if Team Chris, then she was also the first to leave the Killer Grips (though she did return).
  • Actor Allusion: Chris dressing as Batman in the TDA episode "Super Hero-Id" qualifies in Canadian French and Danish. The French actor was Batman in the "Dark Knight" saga; the Danish actor was Batman in "Batman Beyond".
  • Hey, It's That Voice!: Courtney's voice actor did Sailor Venus' voice in the Cloverway dub of Sailor Moon. As well as most of the voice actors who worked on 6teen. Leshawna and Sierra's VA's were both on Cyberchase.
  • Talking to Himself: Clé Bennett voices both Chef and DJ, who have more scenes together in Total Drama Action. Owen and Trent similarly have a few conversations while being voiced by the same person (Scott McCord).
    • Cody, Tyler and Ezekiel are all voiced by Peter Oldring.
    • Stephanie Mills voices both Katie and Lindsay, although they really don't interact at all.
    • DJ and his momma are also voiced by the same guy.
    • The Polish dub has Owen and Noah share an actor.
    • Hebrew? Duncan and Chef, D.J. and Ezekiel.
    • Canadian French? Chris, Owen and Harold. Chef and Geoff. Lindsay and Katie. Trent and Justin. Sadie and Eva. Tyler and Ezekiel. Cody and Noah.
    • In France, it's Cody and Ezekiel.
    • In Hungarian, it's Heather and Eva.
    • Russia? Izzy and Lindsay.
    • Sweden has Justin and Noah, Cody and DJ, and Katie and Eva.
  • Justin, Cody, Courtney, Lindsay, Izzy, Geoff, Duncan, Heather, Gwen, Sierra, and Alejandro are the only contestants that have gotten a swollen eye at some point.
  • Heather is the first, and currently the only, season winner to not return after being eliminated.
    • Owen, winner of TDI, returned in Rock n Rule, after getting eliminated in Ocean's Eight or Nine.
    • Duncan, winner of TDA, returned in I See London, after quiting in Walk Like An Egyptian - Part 1.
  • There are points worth noting of the first three runner-ups in TDI.
    • Gwen, runner-up of TDI, competed in all three seasons.
    • Beth, runner-up of TDA, competed in two seasons.
    • Alejandro, runner-up of TDWT, competed in one season.

  • No Export for You: Three seasons have been completed, a fourth is currently airing, and after more than a year the UK still hasn't gotten past the first one.
    • Neither Germany nor Japan has aired the series as of March 2012.
  • In every Total Drama Finale, everything bad happens to Chris.
    • In TDI, Duncan, Geoff, and Owen throw him in the lake.
    • In TDA Geoff sabotages him with blackmail tapes to slow his trip down.
    • In TDWT He loses his plane top Sierra and gets pounced on by Ezekiel in the Alternate Ending where Alejandro wins.
    • In TDR, Chris gets arrested by the RCMP for hosting a show on a toxic dump of an island.
