  • Complete Monster: Jack Rabbit: being the best agent of T.U.F.F., after his retirement, he found his own secret agency, financed with money earned by kidnapping secret agents to drain their brains and sell their secrets to supervillians. But: why does he get the Complete Monster category by this?...Well:
    • First, a little of "Fridge Horror": Jack worked for many years with T.U.F.F., fighting against many supervillians for a long time. So, he knows absolutley what kind of things supervillians can do: stealing, assaulting innocents, kidnapping, MURDERING!, plans about stealing and MURDERING. However, Jack helped that kind of people by draining the brains of the ones that tried to stop them, and selling those valuable intels to them, helping them to accomplish their evil schemes; and Jack Rabbit... cared a carrot!
      • ...And...judging by all the stuff he has got by his agency... HE HAS DOING THIS FOR A LONG TIME; Kitty wasn't his first victim!...and she wasn't going to be his last one.
    • Then we got his reason: MONEY!!! That's it, money, to finance his own agency, and that's all. We didn't see any kind of hint about a "Freudian Excuse": by all T.U.F.F. Agents words: he had a great life at T.U.F.F., he was a damned hero!
    • And finally his crime in the episode: his new victim was Kitty, his last partner, his good friend, and, possibly, a romantic interest (by the party of Kitty only). However, even with all that, Jack Rabbit still gets her tied to a chair to brain-drainer, so, he could sell her intel to Snaptrap. The worst part: he didn't do that to her because she was the first one to get: he spent half of the episode trying to convince her to go to his agency; she was his target all the whole time.
  • Fridge Logic:
    • If the Chameleon could turn into a fly, why didn't he just turn into one & fly out of his prison cell when he wanted to escape in his first appearance? At least in later appearances they had the sense to confiscate his transforming cybersuit.
    • "Operation: Happy Birthday" has a flashback for Kitty, showing one of her birthdays over the years. The magician is a mouse who she quickly devours alive with everyone gasping in shock. Makes you wonder why she doesn't see Snaptrap as a ten course meal.
      • Possibly due to either not acting on her cat instincts anymore (she was twelve the first time), or having standards in food.
    • When Dudley and Kitty wear sunglasses, how do they stay on? Their ears are at the tops of their heads.
      • In Dudley's case his nose keeps them on, in Kitty's case it's the Rule of Cool.
    • In "Doom-Mates" Kitty is killed eight times in a death trap, but after getting blown up in the same death trap twice the Chameleon is still alive.
      • Because it was designed to kill Kitty, not the Chameleon. Also, Rule of Funny.
    • In "Monkey Business", special mention is made of the fact that the Hunky Monkeys have opposable thumbs and talk about others don't. But everyone in the TUFF Puppy universe have opposable thumbs, it's how they make fists, hold things, and wield laser guns.
  • Ho Yay: Dudley and Keswik even share a Lady and the Tramp kiss in Law and Odor.
  • I Am Not Shazam: Dudley is only referred to as T.U.F.F. Puppy in nickname form by Kitty.
  • Periphery Demographic: Among the Furry Fandom.
  • Ship Sinking: In "Dog Tired", when Dudley was in danger of falling asleep forever, the Chief made him dream about marrying Kitty, which Dudley considered a nightmare. That scene could pretty well crush the hopes of Dudley/Kitty fans.
  • The Woobie: Kitty Katswell. Her status as The Chew Toy at T.U.F.F. goes hand in hand with this. Her Amusing Injuries are usually funny, sometimes though: oh poor Kitty.
    • Jerkass Woobie: The Chameleon pretty much lives and breaths this trope. It's played for laughs, as he's supposedly nasty thanks to being depressed about being alone, but half the reason he's alone is because he's such a nasty guy in the first place.
