Two of the three tropes on the proposed page were misused:

• The short film All Hail the King does not count as an Author's Saving Throw -- it was filmed at the same time as Iron Man 3 to set up the existence of the real Mandarin, not as an afterthought to satisfy unhappy viewers.

• Either Contested Sequel or Surprisingly Improved Sequel is outright false. Especially as you had them written, you can't have both.
