• The new image is placed in the wrong location for a top-of-page image.
• The image is actually rather boring compared to the one it's replacing, and is of markedly inferior quality.
• Finally, and most importantly, page images are not changed without a formal proposal and agreement by the wiki community. We have an entire section of our forums for proposing image changes, or you can do it on the page's discussion page.

Please make a formal proposal for the image change, and lay out the reasons why you think it is an improvement over the existing image. If enough members of the wiki community -- other users as well as admins -- agree with your reasoning, the change will be made.

I should have noted in the post above that the process for getting a page image changed is substantially the same as that for changing a rule or page name. Follow the procedure in How to Get a Page Name Changed, only proposing, y'know, the new image instead of a new name. Provide a link to the image so everyone can see it.
