Wikiplutocracy advocates All The Tropes running as a plutocracy with power and authority being vested in donators.

On the face of it, it would make sense that ATT's biggest donators have the largest amount of say.

Then again, as applied to TV Tropes, Google Adsense runs them like a puppet on a string, and ATT was founded to avoid that.
