  • Ensemble Darkhorse: Pre-transformation Wade Wilson is a fan favorite.
  • The Scrappy: Post-transformation Wade Wilson or nicknamed “Barakapool” is widely hated for being the opposite of Deadpool’s appeal, even the fact his mouth was sewn shut.
  • Take That, Scrappy!: Barakapool’s death was satisfying for Deadpool fans.
  • They Just Didn't Care: After the opening credits of Origins: Wolverine you'll find it hard to argue that the costume designers had any clue that they were working on a film that takes place in the 1980s.
  • Took the Bad Film Seriously: Ryan Reynolds’ performance as Wade Wilson is one of the better elements of the film.
  • What the Hell, Casting Agency?: Liev Schreiber (who is about a foot shorter than Tyler Mane) as Victor Creed. He's excellent in the role and still a pretty intimidating presence but its still a tad jarring.
