Dream House (TV series)/YMMV

Everything About Fiction You Never Wanted to Know.

For the movie:

  • Tear Jerker: The scene where Will sits in the house alone, realizing that he is Peter Ward.
    • The scene where Will relives seeing his daughters shot to death.
    • The penultimate scene, where Will/Peter says goodbye to his family for the last time.
  • Unfortunate Implications: Soon after the beginning, there is a sex scene between Will and Libby. Then, in the middle of the film, it is revealed Will was hallucinating his wife and daughters.
  • The Woobie: Peter Ward, the man whose family was killed. He hears the confrontation between his wife and the gunman, tries to save her and the children, and was inadvertently shot by his mortally-wounded wife, is accused of the murders of his wife and daughters. Little wonder he abandoned his identity and took up the false identity of Will Attenton.

For the Game Show:

  • Too Good to Last: Mike Darrow's version ran for nearly two years; Bob Eubanks' version lasted only one year. To be fair, the latter was slotted against the second half of The Price Is Right, so it had little to no chance.
