Alas, Poor Villain: Squirrel, Milos, and even Mary to an extent.
Complete Monster:
- Mary. She manages to become an even worser monster than she already was by manipulating skinjackers into causes wide-spread accidents to gather new souls, trying to destroy the world by using atomic bombs, and made Milos extinguish himself.
- Milos. He attempted to kill a playground full of grade school children and stepped aside and let Squirrel get extinguished by Clarence.
The Woobie: Poor, poor Jill who is forced to furjack inside a pig for weeks as punishment for betraying Mary and is only freed by Jix in the last chapter.
- Jerkass Woobie: Milos. His haughtiness is broken after he can no longer skinjack and Mary dumps him, and he even allows himself to be extinguished by Clarence at her request. In spite of how horrible he was in Everwild and Everfound, no one deserves to be stripped of their existence.
- Iron Woobie: Clarence. At first he seems like a Jerkass Woobie because of how much of a creep he is initially towards Mikey and Nick, but given his background, it isn't much of a surprise how he ended up so bitter in the first place.
