"You know... he's that guy that does anime. That one that likes boobs." —Video Description, DO YOU ACTUALLY KNOW NOBLE OF LOST PAUSE?

Lost Pause is "a channel about playing video games and Noble being a big dummy." He typically plays anime games, including visual novels and JRPGs, with wacky humor and a load of tongue-in-cheek perversion. Noble also does Q&As (#AskNobleSenpai) and reactions to anime-related videos. Since May 2016, his Let's Plays have gradually shifted out in favor of more general videos and reactions ever since his channel was taken down and then reinstated on March 2016, but the occasional one still pops up. He often streams on Twitch.

Noble's channel is getting more and more popular, having gained more than 1 200 000 subscribers as of August 2018. Noble and his foxgirl mascot Lily the Mechanic are portrayed in the official webcomic Fox Girls Are Better, drawn by Curryless and written by Merryweather.

  • Noble remarks with this when his trip with the Perverted Professor to get Panmon goes nowhere in PokePanties.
    • In "SAVE YOUR YOUTUBERS FROM YOUTUBE", from February 29th, 2016, Noble says that he is having stress over the possibility of his channel, 2 years of hard work, getting taken down in an instant.

"How do people even "YouTube" anymore? How do they even get started on this platform, when you're scaring your creators away?!"

• Animation Age Ghetto: In The Mainstream News Media ATTACKS Doki Doki Literature Club, a reaction to a BBC report about a teen suicide that has been blamed on DDLC, Noble was shocked to hear the announcer say "the game's graphics, etc. were clearly aimed at young people" (a Psychological Horror game that warns users multiple times about its disturbing themes).
• Aside Comment: In Tokyo School Life Ep 17:

• Dramatic Reading/MST:
  • Made Denser and Wackier in his reading of Nekogurui Minako-san in "PROBABLY THE MOST F*CKED UP NEKO MANGA EVER".
  • Noble read a story he wrote in first grade, a badly-written Unsound Effect-riddled battle between two spaceships. He found it incredibly embarrassing to read. It then became a meme in the fandom, with Noble even using some quotes from the work in other videos.
  • Noble and Akidearest, one of his friends, read Fluff, a Fanfic featuring the two in an awkwardly romantic situation, filled with Narm and lack of research. For example, Akidearest doesn't live in LA, and neither do Joey (The Anime Man), Misty Chronexia and Einshine, unlike what was described in the fanfic.

• Everyone Has Standards: Noble was not okay with the Fine Bros. "React World" announcement and their apology video.

  • "Hatsune Miku Waifu Game" and "Kagamine Rin Waifu Game", because the original titles are so confusing.

• Flanderization: Sponsor Man, who pressures Noble into doing "sellout" unboxings, turned from a snarky corrupter to a beastly drug dealer who repeats "yeahyeahyeahyeah!"

• Trolling Creator: In "FUNNY AND COOL DOKI DOKI LITERATURE CLUB MEMES", Noble promises no Jump Scares in the video, then recreates a Bait and Switch jump scare (from Monika to streamers) he experienced in his playthrough of the game. He ends the bit with "Gotcha."
• T-Word Euphemism: Played For Laughs. Noble tends to modify swear words by one letter, such as "fack" and "sh!t".
  • Replacing sexually explicit words with "fluff" and "fluffing".

• You Are Better Than You Think You Are: In Time Tenshi, Kenji tries to comfort Kyo, who thinks she is less useful than her coworkers, and succeeds. Except Noble thinks Kenji's really not a good comforter:
  • "You're not Michelle or Rose, but-" ("Oh great! You're not those two women that are better than you.")
  • "When you crack that whip [...] restraining Bunni like a dominatrix, it's amazing!"

• You Make Me Sic:
  • In Time Tenshi Ep 17, Kenji, taken hostage by rogue scentist fighters Mitsuki and Bunni, goes up an elevator, a horrific reveal awaiting him. But just before that, Noble notices two mistakes in the narration:
    • The elevator is described as coming "to a close".

Noble: "A close"? You mean "A stop!"

• The doors "swing open", even though elevator doors don't swing, they slide.

Noble: I am getting so critical right now!

• In Burokku Girls Ep 4, Noble "corrects" the blonde warrior's grammar when running from the Darkness (even though he's kinda wrong), and lampshades himself:

Noble: Girl, I'mma correct your grammar as we're running for our lives, okay?
