The '''SMOCT''', or [http://smoct.deviantart.com/ Sailor Moon Original Character Tournament], is an OC tournament held every year on [[DeviantArt]] (its last year was on 2013). It's gained an immense amount of popularity since its inception, and was one of the largest ''[[Sailor Moon]]'' events held on [[DeviantArt]]. While it doesn't qualify as a true [[Web Comic]], a good deal of the entries have some general plotline that the judges set and the participating artists (attempt) to follow. Not all of the comics can be considered canon, but some artists tend to follow the other competitors' comics more than others.

* [[Action Girl]]: EVERY. SINGLE. FEMALE. CHARACTER. (Aside from a few, mostly the younger competitors). 
* [[Affably Evil]]: Some artists viewed the Mystery Judge in the Mini Tournament (SMOCT2) as this.

* [[Genki Girl]]: Punalina/Sailor Calliope in SMOCT1 and Tierra in SMOCT2

* [[Mama Bear]]: Reikon/Sailor Daichi toward Kainashi/Cybele, especially since they're the only mother/daughter duo thus far in the tournament.
