Article description: (description ) This attribute controls the content of the description and og:description elements. | Data Design Interactive Ltd. was a British video game developer and publisher established in 1983. While they have been developing games for home microcomputers such as the ZX Spectrum and the Commodore 64, they later gained notoriety in the late 2000s to 2010s for releasing third-rate Shovelware games on the Wii. Such was the notoriety that the company, among other publishers of dubious repute such as Phoenix Games (which DDI has also collaborated with, funny enough), was often blamed for polluting the Wii's software library with low-quality budget titles of next to no merit and was meant to merely cash in on the Wii's success especially amongst families and casual gamers. |
