To the best of my knowledge, all of the trope names that have been changed were changed back on TVTropes, and some of them were changed for reasons that may or may not sit right with the All The Tropes community. I actually have no idea what the All The Tropes community is like, so I'm going to find out by posting a list of renamed tropes that I recommend (in some cases lukewarmly) reverting back to their original names. I've gone through the A-E folder so far, and may do more if the community is receptive to the project.

Addressing the Player: The new name sounds like a general trope for breaking the fourth wall in video games. Should revert to "Anyone You Know," which is opaque but not misleading.

Advertising Only Continuity: The new name implies that the trope is about a fully separate canon unique to advertisements. It's about advertisements making mistakes with the canon. The old title "Plot Sold Separately" is more entertaining and not any less clear.

Alien Non-Interference Clause: "Prime Directive" is by far the most prominent example of this trope. It's the Kleenex of the trope. Prime Directive is just as easily understood as Alien Non-Interference Clause, it's shorter, and it's already in common parlance amongst the kinds of people who look things up on TVTropes.

Arc Fatigue: This one I'm a little bit woffly on myself. The original title, "Are They Still On Namek," is a fairly clear reference to a fairly well known arc in such a way that makes it obvious what trait of the arc (its prodigious length) is being referred to. The only question is: Is Dragonball Z so ubiquitous amongst nerdy internet people that 90% of the users of the wiki will get the joke? I'd give 70% easy, but I'm not sure about 90%.

Artistic License: Advocating for this revert was the reason I wrote all this up in the first place. Generally speaking, all of these should be reverted back to "You Fail X Forever." This name change was motivated by bureaucratization and efforts to avoid offending anyone. Down that road lies madness. We should walk it back. One exception: Anatomically Impossible Sex is better than You Fail Sex Ed Forever, just because generally speaking titles that don't fit a snowclone format are better than ones that do. A second exception: "Failed to pay Shipping Charges" is extremely unclear. I don't know what ship-related education could be used in its place. "You Fail Naval Academy Forever" doesn't sound great, but it's workable.

Asian Gal with White Guy: Anything renamed because it's "offensive" gets immediate skepticism from me. That said, the original title of "Me Love You Long Time" does strike me as a little misleading, just because nothing about the trope requires any profession of undying love, nor that the Asian girl speak Engrish, nor does the title even imply that the target of affection must be white, which is apparently a key part of the trope.

Authority in Name Only: Like Arc Fatigue, I'm not sure this one is quite well known enough to qualify being reverted to "The King of Town," but I think it's worth considering.

Belligerent Sexual Tension: The original name, Takahashi Couple, is not a reference anyone is going to get. However, it is named after a creator, not a character, which means it's less of fanboys insisting that everything be renamed to their injokes and more honoring a creator by naming one of their more commonly used tropes after them. Tsunderes in Love would also work. It's funny and not especially misleading.

Bloody Murder: On the one hand, I appreciate that pun. But on the other hand, "Weaponized Blood" is *quite a bit* more clear.

Capital City: I actually agree that the original isn't great, but it's better than a title that causes people to confuse the trope of a hub city in a video game with a literal capital city.

Combined Energy Attack: The reason given for renaming it from "Spirit Bomb" is that some people thought the trope was a weapon to attack someoen's spirit. Such a trope would be called something more generic like "Spirit Attack." While people unfamiliar with Dragonball Z might not know what a spirit bomb is, I doubt that there is actually a large number of people who don't get that it refers to some kind of specific weapon or technique. I would probably support the trope being renamed to get it away from implying that it must be an attack, but the current name doesn't actually solve that problem.

Conviction by Contradiction: Particularly when used intelligently in a sentence, the trope "Bugs Meany is Gonna Walk" should not be especially confusing. The only point of confusion I could see is confusion with the trope below, but...

Conviction by Counterfactual Clue: I think Encyclopedia Brown deserves to be immortalized as being guilty of this even if it's slightly less clear, so I recommend reversion to "Encyclopedia Browned."

Crapsack World: Why was a trope renamed away from a reference when that reference is perfectly self-explanatory? "Sick Sad World" is a perfectly adequate title, even if I've never heard of the show(?) it's from.

Creator's Pet: It's probably wise not to revert to "the Wesley," because that can be confused with, for example, the hero of the Princess Bride. I do want to state for the record that Wesley Crusher is a *really* good (bad?) example of this trope, though.

Cultural Stereotypes: Originally "Acceptable Cultural Targets." Renamed because apparently the new title is more "objective." It's pretty objectively true that some cultures are considered acceptable targets of stereotyping.

Double Standard Rape: The trope page appears to have been entirely nuked at one point. I think the original title of "Rape is Okay When it's Female on Male" is a sufficiently obvious double standard to make it clear that the concept is being mocked. One of those things where when you say it flat out it's obviously wrong. Maybe I'm underestimating the madness of the modern internet.

Eloquent In My Native Tongue: I think the new name rolls off the tongue better, but am extremely skeptical of the reasons for changing it from "I Sound Like a Retard in English."

Enigmatic Empowering Entity: "Strange Pond Woman" is a great title for this. It just sounds funny. It does have clarity issues, though.
