This is the system messages namespace, only admins may edit these, use the talk pages to suggest changes if you're not an admin.

This subpage is meant for displaying public domain works or works with libre licenses, such as Creative Commons or GPL. If you add the contents of a work to the Source section, you must tell under which license terms it is available on each page. Embedded content is the responsibility of the site of origin (Youtube et al.).

If you use a license, please remember to fulfill all of its requirements, including attributing the source URL from where you obtained it (this may be done in an edit comment). Templates are available to help label content, such as {{cc-by-sa-3.0}}. Content with no apparent license, or an invalid license, is subject to rapid removal.

If you are the author: You may grant a revocable, no-cost license for All The Tropes to distribute your work; but should you revoke that license, you are responsible for removing the content and/or giving wiki administrators 14 days to respond to requests. However, we encourage perpetual licenses like Creative Commons licenses to promote collaborative culture.
