Oni Chichi is a 2009 hentai anime based on a visual novel of the same name.
Kouzou Akizuki seems like a normal common man. But secretly he desires the bodies of young girls, including his stepdaughters. Being a very smart individual, he creates a spray containing a substance that makes girls feel lust towards him. Without remorse, he uses his victims as his personal sex slaves.
He has two stepdaughters. One, the blonde Airi, is feisty and constantly paranoid he is up to something, and refuses to call him father. The other, Marina, loves him deeply and does call him father, and constantly tries to rein Airi in. Airi also have a friend Sana, that seems to like Kouzou. He also secretly keeps an affair with high school student Yuka Mikami, that he tests his love potion on. Once he seems sure it will work on Airi, and she, him, and Sana are alone at home, he uses the spray on both of them in order to have sex with him.
