After choosing the appropriate Pokemon, there's a brief scene where the trainer sends them off, with a fist pump and a wave for good luck. When they come back - hopefully with more XP and a gift from the employer - there's a scene where you greet them as they come back, the whole scene having a So Proud of You feeling.
  • When you manage to make good curry at the campsite scenes, your lead Pokemon really looks happy.
