Satomi Koorogi (November 14, 1962 - ) is a voice actress whose roles seem to be usually the Token Loli or the Ridiculously Cute Critter. She's perhaps most famous as Pichu and Togepi in Pokémon.
The Other Wiki mentions that she is bilingual, speaking both Japanese and English. Aidoly mentions that she's 146cm tall (5'7"), which is tall for a Japanese woman of her generation.
