This just needs shortening and re-writing at some point, due to the fact entering in text in general can sometimes lead to submissions that did not happen.
This is also linked elsewhere by various different articles, so I'm also arguing out of laziness.
I've shortened the text by one sentence (to remove a redlink that doesn't appear to have added anything to the article), removed the speedy deletion tag, and added an ATT-specific reason (that LT knows all-too-well - I've seen his complaints about it) why this needs to stay on ATT at least for the time being.
I think we're good with keeping this one with my amendments.
Agreed. The article is no longer TVT-specific and looks just fine to me now.
