Launched in 2003, 9th Elsewhere updated regularly until 2006, when it became an [[Orphaned Series|orphaned webcomic]]. It is unknown what happened to the author, although one of them had stopped contributing some time before that. In 2007, the author had become taking orders for a book with the collected strips of the series, which did finally arrive in 2010. There is currently a tentative plan to relaunch sometime in 2011, but so far no more information is available.
