Also, the rarer fish and bugs will take some time before they appear and the player can attempt to catch them. In the case of fish, since it depends on silhouettes, the player will not even know what they will reel in until the fish pops out. Then there are the items obtainable only by trading flowers, which require a lot of cross-pollinations, time investment, and luck. With the fish and bugs, things only got worse when certain species got rotated out after a later update introducing newer species (mostly from older Fishing Tourneys and mini-events) was dropped... so expect a long wait until the absent creatures become available again.
