** 2019 decided to spice up things even more by changing the designs of the app icon, start-up screen, and Friend List into a Halloween-themed one. Its seasonal event is called [[Alliteration|Happy Hauntings Holiday]] whose collectible is, of course, the trick-or-treat sweets. Jack's garden event takes on a different theme compared to 2018, being based on a gala this time. The Eerieville terrain set makes its debut. Like the previous year, Jack hosts the Fishing Tourney again, this time with a "Pumpkins" theme. As for the scavenger hunt, players collect Halloween candies. On the premium side of things, Rover can be added to the campsite for the first time via his special furniture, there are the collections Costume Party Collection and Eerie Wall & Floor Collection, and several new special cookies are introduced (along with the reissue of Muffy's Creepy Cookie). There is even a special Leaf Ticket deal to complete the celebration.
*** Special note goes to the aforementioned year for including the Ghastly Gimmes log-in rewards, allowing players who missed out on last year's Halloween to get the pumpkin head. Appropriately, the other gifts include silver and gold treats, as well as honey (and Leaf Tickets).
