This webcomic provides examples of:
* Bi the Way: Rina. Made even funnier by the fact that Aaron asks her only because it was a rumor, and wasn't expecting confirmation.
* Cool Big Sis: Momentum, on and off the job, is as normal as can be, and pretty relaxed, almost spacey, until the situation demands otherwise.
* Deadpan Snarker: Every character has elements of this, but Rina tends to stand out, since this is her default mode. Not as grouchy as most snarkers, though.
* Half -Human Hybrid, Catgirl: As her name obviously implies, Feline. Unlike Momentum, her powers seem to have been given to her on purpose. Then again,
* I Just Want to Be Normal: Regardless of what her test says, Julie is really less than eager about jumping into a world full of heroes and villains. For good reason, of course.
* Magical Girl: On page 15 of issue 8, Angela becomes one, à la Sailor Moon.
* Otaku: Julie and Rina sort of fit this; their interests span computer games and comicdom, and there are a number of jokes and references to both.
* Gayto Gaydar:
* Token Minority: Surprisingly averted: the cast may not be even steven, but there are more black people around than one might expect to see in any given webcomic.
* Tomboy and Girly Girl: Julie and Rina, again. Bonus points for guessing who's who.
