[[Tropes Are Not Good]]; the Complete Monster can sometimes be indicative of lazy writing. A villain with no redeeming qualities can be viewed as exceedingly simplistic. Also one of the tropes we can all agree is subjective as hell. One troper's monster can be another's [[Magnificent Bastard]].
