To top off this mess, Aydin (one of the two Vulpine main characters) is a [[Fantastic Racism|speciesist]] who [[Reptiles Are Abhorrent|hates snakes]] and has no compunctions about attacking his allies if he feels that Aimee is in danger. Thankfully, this is somewhat cushioned by the fact that Aimee is a fairly sympathetic and rounded character.
