Laura Dawn Bailey (born May 28, 1981) is an American actress and voice actress. Best known for her anime roles (mostly [[FUNimation]] titles), she has also supplied voices in video games and worked as staff on several anime series. Perhaps her best known voice over appearance is as Rayne in the ''[[Blood Rayne]]'' video game series, Lust from ''[[Fullmetal Alchemist (Mangamanga)|Fullmetal Alchemist]]'', or Rise Kujikawa from ''[[Persona 4 (Video Game)|Persona 4]]''. She is currently married to fellow voice actor [[Travis Willingham]].
