Possibly one of the best voice actresses in the Houston area, Monica Rial has been featured in many anime dubs. Her most notable roles are Sakura in ''[[Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle]]'' and Lyra in ''[[Fullmetal Alchemist (Anime)|Fullmetal Alchemist]]''.
