The class president in particular is a tragic case, as she's [[Shrinking Violet|incredibly shy]] around Nagasumi, and in episode 21 of the anime, she finally manages to write a love letter to Nagasumi. But her efforts are both sabotaged by her classmates, and later Sun's dad/Maki. While [[Played for Laughs]], you can't help but feel a little sorry for her making such a fool of herself given how much courage it must've taken her to do this.
