Twilight Sparkle has a crush on Luna, but the Princess insists that Twilight learn some things about love and romance before they make a date. Despite a few setbacks, Twilight pushes on, knowing that Luna is worth it and eagerly writing her regular [[Title Drop|reports on her romantic progress.]]

''Romance Reports'' is a ''[[My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic]]'' romance fanfic by Sleepless Brony, and although it's technically considered to be a clopfic, it's generally acknowledged by reviewers that [[Better Than It Sounds|it's much more than that.]] Despite the subject matter, the author manages to write perfectly in-character and utilizes excellent plotting, so that any flaws there may be are easily ignored in favor of the quality of the writing. The result is a beautiful, charming mish-mash of romance, comedy, and heartbreak as Twilight tentatively explores her newfound sexuality.
