This completely overlooks the "photo" part of photosynthesis, as this goes on ''at night'' when there's no solar energy to power such a metabolic pathway. Sure, you could [[Hand Wave|write it off]] [[A Wizard Did It|as magic]], except the captions ''specifically'' state that it's photosynthesis that's to blame.
