* [[Hey, ItsIt's That Guy!]]: Song Kang-Ho (ie. Mr. Vengeance from ''[[Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance]]'') briefly appears as a hired assassin {{spoiler|who gets shot by Geum-Ja}}.
** Even more hilariously, his partner is Shin Ha-Kyun (ie. Ryu, the kidnapper on whom he's taking vengeance). A lot of eastern and eastern-influenced directors reuse entire development crews, including actors, resulting in this popping up in any famous director's work.
** And just as significantly, Mr. Baek is Dae-su Oh from ''[[Old BoyOldboy]]''.
** Being the last movie in the series, director Park Chan-Wook filled the cast up with as many actors from ''Sympathy for Mr Vengeance'' and ''Oldboy'' as possible. The Preacher is Mr Han from ''Oldboy''. Some of them are very hard to spot. Mi-do from ''Oldboy'' is the announcer at the very beginning. Oh Kwang-rok is the only actor to appear in all three films; he plays an anarchist in ''Mr Vengeance'', the suicidal man in ''Oldboy'' and one of the parents at the end of ''Lady Vengeance''.
*** Actually, Dal-su Oh also appears in all three films albeit uncredited and in only one scene at the beginning of ''Mr. Vengeance''. He was Mr. Park in ''Oldboy'' and Mr. Chang the bakery owner in ''Sympathy for Lady Vengeance''.
