** This never bothered me, but then I was used to M*A*S*H. If a show not adhering to a proper timeline bothers you never watch that one, your head will explode. Really you'd do better to just realize that the show is about capturing the feel of growing up and coming of age in the seventies rather than a specific set of years, and relax.
* Where the heck is Fez from? I once read an essay suggesting that he is from Curacao (because he mentions that they speak both Spanish and Dutch) but I can't find that now.
