After the events in ''[[The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie]]'', SpongeBob finally becomes a Krusty Krab 2 Manager for some years until Plankton somehow escapes from the Asylum for the Criminally Tiny. A terrorist attack at Sea Needle({{spoiler\|Later revealed to be staged by the Illuminati}}) causes SpongeBob and his friends to be exiled from Bikini Bottom. They then meet various characters from other series, learn the truth that the Crossover is caused by Grand-crossover, and fight The Illuminati and Anunnaki whose ranks include [[Pac-Man]], Cho Seung Hui, The Grox, the Transformers, Freddy Krueger and Jason Voorhees. Additionally, an extremely profit-hungry [[Mega Corp]] that practices extreme and clear-cut [[Fantastic Racism]] against non-regular human lifeforms makes everything complicated.
